  1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products (health, wellness & personal care), we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product has expired on delivery.

Note: We do not accept returns for opened, used, or partially used products due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  1. Return Request Process

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@ubfine.in with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos/videos of the product showing the issue
  • Brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

  1. Refunds

Once your return request is approved:

  • We will process a full or partial refund (depending on the issue) to your original payment method.
  • Refund will be credited within 5-7 days to the original source of payment method.
  • Replacement or exchanged products will be delivered within 4-5 days.

Please note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.

  1. Cancellations
  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at care@ubfine.in.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
